HOW DO I CHOOSE LOCATIONS?

We have current galleries of location possibilities that we’ll show you during your consultation. Is there a place that’s special to you or reflects your personality? Great! Tell us about it!

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY CLOTHES?

We’ll give you all kinds of suggestions at your consultation. The possibilities are endless. Here are some ideas on our Pinterest page for Boys or Girls. Keep in mind that these are inspirational ideas, but they are not all our work.

WHAT IF I HAVE A BLEMISH?

No big deal. Skin blemishes can be cleaned up easily in Photoshop, and we don’t charge for touch-ups. However, it’s a good idea to wear sunscreen before your session so your skin isn’t peeling or sunburned.

HOW SHOULD I DO MY MAKEUP?

Our preference is to keep it simple. Powder is great for reducing shine, and matte makeup photographs better than glittery products. Avoid glitter in your eyeshadow and cheek color. Lip gloss photographs well, so it’s a good idea to bring some with you.

If anything, emphasize your eyes. We can also connect you with a professional makeup artist for your session. It’s often more cost-effective than purchasing a variety of makeup products you may never use again.

CAN I BRING MY _______?

Pet, boyfriend or girlfriend, best friend, sports equipment, musical instrument, collection… Yes! Yes! Yes!

WHEN DO I GET TO SEE MY PICTURES?

After your portrait session, you’ll receive access to a private gallery where you can select your favorite images for retouching and delivery. Each of our sessions includes a set of professionally retouched, ready-to-share or print digital images. Once your edits are complete, you’ll also have the option to order prints and products through us. No sneaky upsells—just beautiful custom artwork at your convenience.

WHAT IF WE CAN’T DECIDE?

If you love all of your images, we offer an easy option to purchase your entire digital gallery.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY IMAGE TO THE YEARBOOK?

You don’t have to! We’ll take care of that for you as a complimentary service.
